From Retreat arrival date
Pick up in Pula or make your own way to Retreat - arrive and unpack relax before dinner
Get to know each other and just unwind or swim, walk etc
Dinner - BBQ or potfood cooked on an open fire of fish and/or vegetarian/vegan, salad, dessert, local wine or juice.
Optional Excursions may be arranged for later in the week.
Breakfast of Fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, cereal, juice, tea, coffee
Workshop days after Breakfast, with tea break mid morning - early bird walks are fabulous before breakfast.
Lovely fresh slow Mediteranian lunch of salad, bread, local cheeses, olives or dietary preferences, fruit
Freetime swim, read, walk, sleep or indulge in a therapy, afternoon tea and cake.
Daily schedule: Sunday to Friday
Workshops will consist of meditations, shared group interactions and instruction, insights and other spiritual possiblities. These retreats are geared to bringing you back to yourself so that your dreams become a possiblity or if you prefer just chill and do your own thing which creates inspiration and clears the mind.
